Construction method of groove clamp connection
First, clamp connection technology
The roof rainwater pipe of this project is connected by trench clamp. 1. Prepare for installation
(1) Main machinery: hole cutting machine, slotting machine, steel pipe cutting machine, slotting tail frame, wrench, vernier caliper, level, wood hammer, installation scaffolding, lubricant, etc.
(2) Install the support and hanger of the pipeline according to the pipeline position in the drawing.
(3) Check the appearance of galvanized steel pipe, and the galvanized inside and outside of the pipe should be uniform, no rust, no flying thorns.
(4) Remove dirt and debris in the pipe and straighten the pipe.
2. Pipe rolling groove
(1) Use the pipe cutter to cut the steel pipe according to the required length, and the incision should be smooth. If there is burr on the incision, grinding machine should be used.
(2) Erect the steel pipe to be processed grooves on the tail frame of the rolling groove machine and the rolling groove machine.
(3) Adjust the tail frame of the rolling groove machine with a level so that the rolling groove machine and steel pipe are in a horizontal position.
(4) Fit the end face of the steel pipe to the end face of the baffle of the lower roller of the grooving machine, that is, the steel pipe is 90° to the end face of the baffle of the lower roller of the grooving machine
(5) Start the rolling groove mechanical and electrical machine, slowly press down the jack, make the upper press wheel evenly roll the steel pipe to the predetermined groove depth, stop the machine.
(6) Check the depth and width of the groove with vernier caliper and depth ruler to confirm that it meets the standard requirements.
(7) Unload the jack and take out the steel pipe.
. Piping installation
(1) The installation should follow the principle of installing large caliber, main pipe and riser first, and then installing small caliber and branch pipe. During the installation, install the pipes in sequence to prevent difficulties in connecting sections and affect the overall pipe performance.
(2) Both ends of the pipe joint should be provided with support points to ensure that the interface is firm.
(3) Prepare the grooves, fittings and accessories that meet the requirements. The end of the steel pipe shall not have burrs.
(4) Check whether the rubber sealing ring is damaged and put it on the end of a steel pipe.
(5) Place another steel pipe near the end of the steel pipe which has been covered with rubber sealing ring, and leave a certain gap between the two ends according to the standard requirements.
(6) Put the rubber sealing ring on the end of another steel pipe, so that the rubber sealing ring is located in the middle of the interface, and smear lubricant (dishwashing liquid or soapy water) around it. The lubricant should be evenly applied.
(7) Check the central axis of both ends of the pipeline and make it consistent as far as possible.
(8) On the outside of the rubber sealing ring at the interface position, the upper and lower joint convex edge of the metal clamp is stuck into the groove.
(9) Press the ear of the upper and lower joint, and tighten the flange of the joint with a wooden nut head, and tighten the upper and lower joint.
(10) Put on a bolt at the joint screw hole position, and evenly rotate and tighten the nut to prevent the rubber sealing ring from wrinkling. The tightening torque should be moderate. It is strictly prohibited to tighten the small bolt with a big wrench, so as to avoid excessive tightening force and damage to the bolt.
(11) Check that the flange of the clamp joint is stuck in the groove all the way around.
4• Pipe opening, installation of mechanical tee
(1) The steel pipe of the installation of mechanical tee and mechanical tee should be opened by the opening machine at the part of the branch pipe.
(2) Fix the hole cutting machine on the predetermined hole position of the steel pipe with a chain, and adjust the level with a level.
(3) Start the motor to make the drill rotate.
(4) Turn the hand wheel of the hole cutter to make the drill slowly downward, and add the lubricant of the hole drill properly (to protect the drill bit) to finish the drill hole on the steel pipe.
(5) Clean up the metal block drilled and the residue of the opening part. If the hole has burr, it must be polished with a grinder.
(6) Place the mechanical tee and joint above and below the hole of the steel pipe, make the clearance between the mechanical tee, the rubber sealing ring and the hole uniform, and tighten the bolt in place.
5• Pipeline pressure test
(1) After pipeline installation, it is necessary to comprehensively check whether the installation parts and fixed supports are installed in place before washing and pressure test.
(2) Pipeline pressure test should be carried out in sections, layers and segments.
(3) When the pipe is under pressure, do not turn the joints, nuts and other parts.
(4) The pressure speed, pressure holding time, pressure value and qualified standard of pipeline pressure test shall be carried out according to relevant standard specifications and design requirements.
